This process allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and deliver truly unique and exclusive pieces to our valued customers.
Due to the nature of this handmade-to-order process, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the processing time required. Please note that these particular items may take up to 13 working days to be crafted and prepared for shipment so please bare this in mind if you need a piece by a specific date. Pieces that are handmade will be highlighted in the product description or shipping information section stating to allow 7-15 working days to receive your piece. Please note working days do not include weekends or public holidays

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges only or credit notes on items if the order is sent back within 14 days of receiving it in the same condition it was sent out to you and you will be required to pay for postage back to us.
